The Internet Radio Linking Project (IRLP) allows repeaters around the world to link together using Internet Voice Over IP (VoIP) as the link medium. Unlike some VoIP services, IRLP is true Push-to-talk radio with no beeps and boops and delays caused by VOX circuits. IRLP maintains a live MP3 feed at http://live.irlp.net:8000/listen.pls from the IRLP Reflector 9200 in Indianapolis which you can monitor in real-time by clicking the link below. Of course if there is no one talking, nothing will be heard so you may need to listen for a while. Don't be surprised to hear stations from Australia, Antarctica and the UK as well as across Canada, the US and the Caribbean. My site uses frames. If you do not see the left menu bar, click here. |
