The Project is complete and the Mach 1 now needs to receive a Province of Ontario Safety Check before the validation tag can be attached.

It's 6am with a light fog as Paul Waechter drives the car towards the flatbed.  His dog Cody seems a bit upset being disturbed and sun-up.                                                                               July 5, 2005

Terry unloads the car at Martin's Garage in St. Jacobs.  Martins were a former Ford dealership and have a number of mechanics who understand and appreciate these cars.

Even though everything on the drive train including wheels, tires, suspension and brakes are new, Ken is required to remove and inspect all components.

After passing all safety points the val tag is attached and the Pony is On The Road Again

The licence plate choice for this car was MACH1 7T.  Not many choices left as more vintage Mach 1s get back on the road

The 351 Cleveland engine with the very rare RAM AIR intake certainly performs well.  (grin)

Inside drivers side you can see the newly restored Deluxe Rim Blow steering wheel and the Hurst 4 speed shifter

The interior was completely replaced or refinished giving that new car look.
