Best ways to assure a card

Postage around the world continues to rise and here in Canada is no different.  the return postage to the US is now almost $1.00 while overseas costs is now over $1.50.  Click here for Canadian Postal rates

I always recommend people use their local QSL bureau to send cards however, if you need a VE3 card with a quick turnaround, then see below

US Stations

US stations need to include a Self Addressed envelope and either $1.00 or a Current IRC.  QSL cards sent as Post Cards or QSLs received with SASE using US postage or no postage will be returned  via  the bureau.

International Stations

Include a Self Address envelope and a current IRC or US$2.00 .

CANADIAN Stations

Self Addressed stamped envelope with Canadian 1st Class Postage

I do not want to seem not-QSL friendly however any cards received not meeting the above will be returned via the bureau.

Thanks for understanding
