This
well maintained Executive Style Bungalow features numerous
updates and is located just outside the Village of Petersburg. The home has gracious formal living and dining rooms, country kitchen,
family room with gas fireplace and patio doors opening to
professionally designed and built patio/hot tub area overlooking
rolling countryside.
Three
bedrooms plus den. Master suite features his and her closets and 3
piece ensuite. Main floor laundry plus walk-in pantry area with
built-ins. Powder room. Perfect property for car buff, tradesperson
or ham radio enthusiast with double car garage off the upper
driveway plus additional garage on lower level with room for 3 full
size vehicles.
The
home is 2400 Sq Ft and the lot is just under one acre. The front
lawn has an easement so I actually maintain about 1.4 acres of
useable property.
The
property is fully irrigated with a professionally installed 12 zone
system that maintains the large lawn in golf course condition throughout the
summer. Speaking of Golf Courses, the property is adjacent to
Rebel Creek Golf Course
The following photos were
taken in February of this year.

Left: he Shack during the 2007 WAE
SSB test with guest operators Yuri VE3DZ and Chris DK9TN
Right: The rear patio and hot tub taken from atop the
Trylon Tower
The shack area
features 4 six foot racks with custom panels for three FT-1000 MP as
well as amplifiers, rotor controls, power meters, custom automatic SO2R antenna
switching.
There is convenient and spacious rear access
to the equipment making for a neat and functional installation.
The 80 foot North tower operational antennas include a Hy Gain 204BA
4 el mono bander for 20 metres, as well as 3 element mono band Hy-gain yagis for 15 and 10.
I also have rebuilt several Telrex yagis ready to be installed.

 |
These include one 5 element for 15m, two 5 element for 10
metres and a wide spaced 4 element for 20m. All on wide spaced booms.
The
existing HyGain mono banders are atop a very heavy duty 80 foot
commercial tower with 3 foot face top sections. The
home brew rotator is at the 40 foot level and features a one horse
110 VDC motor turning the mast at 1RPM through double reduction worm
gears. The whole assembly sits in a 5 ton thrust bearing.

The mono banders on the 80
foot tower with a rigger show the size of the top tower
sections. There are Polyphasers on each feedline in a
weather tight box at the base of the tower. The
photo to the right is the T500 Trylon with 40m and A4S.
As well, the 80m broadband wire vertical is visible to right
of the tower |

The
South Tower is a 72 foot Trylon T500 with a number 13 base
section. The antennas are A 2 element KLM 40-2B Yagi and
a Cushcraft A4S . These antennas are owned by Yuri VE3DZ and
Nick VE3EY who are frequent users of the station. the rotor on
the South tower is a tail Twister.
There
are dipoles on 160, 80 and 40 as well as a 1,000 foot EU beverage
that is an awesome performer. For 80m there is a
wide-band vertical with 35 radials.
All
feedline and rotor control lines are in 4 inch Big O tile with pull
ropes for adding additional cables or control wires.
There is also 110VAC at the base of the 80 foot tower and it would
be very easy to add power to base of the 72 foot Trylon

Asking price before being listed through Real Estate is
$499,900 including towers and mono-band antennas.
Any radio equipment shown or
described is only for sale to the purchaser of the home.
